More modifications required for my second upper body session of the week but I feel like I’m back in the groove now at least.
I can still do dips no problem and I did cable pulldowns instead of lat pulldowns as I wasn’t able to find the right grip with the splint on.
I also did archer pull-ups on a bench so that I didn’t have to lay my hand flat.
