Shrimp squat win
Besides light mobility and walking I haven't done any skills or weight training
Today I needed to do something different, pistol squats I can do and I felt more pulling then shrimp squats
Even though I feel like I've done nothing all week and lower body is not my favorite thing to do, I did touch the floor for the first time on my right leg!! 🎉 🎉
I even tried a harder variation on my right leg, holding my leg with both hands and
I touched the block!
Using the block is perfect to see my progress 😁
Left leg is my weak leg, I'm not quite there yet but I'm not far off
It's not much but it helps to understand that we don't lose everything while recovering😊
