After reaching my max pull ups in one day on Friday (16) I wanted to try EMOM today and see if I could do 16 or more in 10 minutes
I did 18 (2 -2-2-2-2-2-2-1-1-2)
Minute 8 and 9, I dropped to 1 pull up cause I know when I get tired my left shoulder starts dropping and I wanted 2 pull ups for the last minute....I didn't realize my shoulder did drop a bit on my last pull up until I watched the video
That's why videos are so important 😁
Im super happy i reached 18 in 10 minutes!💪😊💪
Btw, i switch to the doorway bar halfway thru cause it's more comfortable on my hand....And also the video was sped up, I was not going that fas!
