Pistol challenge
Tuesdays is my calisthenics strength day, so I got to finish this pistol flow from my saved reels folder.
Pistol down, knee tap, Cossack switch, knee tap and pistol up. Then I figured I had to do it in reverse to be balanced. Give it a go!
