Hi Vicki here, new to the community. Been an avid gym goer for more years than I like to admit. Now as we get older and our bodies change, it’s time for more functional and mobility training. I love how it makes my body feel.
Still in the early days of the L-sit, pull up etc but loving learning the techniques.
Any advice very welcome. 🙏
