Hello everyone. I’m Mike. I’m a 50 year old widower and single dad. I’m recovering from a lot, including injuries, and I’m looking to push my recovery into optimum physical health and longevity. A large part of that is calisthenics for functional strength, flexibility, and quality of life. I’m hoping for inspiration, ideas, and guidance in a wonderful community with people with similar interests, who have knowledge and experience I don’t have.
