Roll to pistol squat
Tried out a roll to pistol squat this evening. I recommend this one to work on the bottom transition. I actually felt stronger on my weaker side whilst doing this drill.

Hi Vicki here, new to the community. Been an avid gym goer for more years than I like to admit. Now as we get older and our bodies change, it’s time for more functional and mobility training. I love how it makes my body feel. Still in the early days of the L-sit, pull up etc but loving learning the techniques. Any advice very welcome. 🙏

Hello everyone. I’m Mike. I’m a 50 year old widower and single dad. I’m recovering from a lot, including injuries, and I’m looking to push my recovery into optimum physical health and longevity. A large part of that is calisthenics for functional strength, flexibility, and quality of life. I’m hoping for inspiration, ideas, and guidance in a wonderful community with people with similar interests, who have knowledge and experience I don’t have.
