Legs, legs and more legs
First session since injuring my finger, of course it was legs day lol
  1. Pistol squat leans- trying to build strength at the bottom for dragon squats
  2. Dragon squat- had to be mindful of not putting the hand down on the left side.
  3. Pistol squats
  4. Shrimp squats- had to get creative on the left side cause I couldn’t hold my foot so rigged up a band over my foot so I could hold with the other hand, this was pretty interesting lol
  5. Hamstring curls using foam roller
  6. Reverse Nordic
  7. Step ups
