First session since injuring my finger, of course it was legs day lol
Pistol squat leans- trying to build strength at the bottom for dragon squats
Dragon squat- had to be mindful of not putting the hand down on the left side.

Shrimp squats- had to get creative on the left side cause I couldn’t hold my foot so rigged up a band over my foot so I could hold with the other hand, this was pretty interesting lol
