- Makes you more engaged and consistent (real stat)
- Helps the algorithm show you better content
- Encourages others to keep showing up

✅ 2. Complete The Welcome Post & Onboarding Steps
In the pinned post, introduce yourself:
- Where you’re starting from
- What you want to improve (strength, mobility, skill?)
- Any dream skills you want to unlock (handstand? muscle-up?)
Don’t overthink it. Just drop a few sentences so we know who you are and can cheer you on.

Head over to the Classroom tab at the top and look for the "Start Here" course. . This not only gives you a bunch of free stuff, it will also show you how to get the most out of this community. This includes:

This is your training HQ. Everything you need is in there — workouts, coaching links, and your roadmap for the next few days.
✅ 4. Look in the “Actions” Category and Post What You’re Working On
We have a whole category called “Actions” just for tracking momentum. Go there now and post what you’re working on today:
- What lesson you’re starting
- What your workout is
- Any win (big or small) you had this week
This is one of the easiest ways to build accountability and consistency — and it helps others do the same.
