Hi, I’m Allan. I’ve been training calisthenics and I’m mainly focused on handstand work, handstand push-ups, and overall balance and control skills.
Right now my handstand is pretty stable (around 25–30s holds), but I’m working on making it more consistent and relaxed. My HSPU is still inconsistent and I’m trying to improve form, balance under load, and make the movement more automatic instead of random good/bad days.
I joined to learn better progressions, training structure, and how to improve skill consistency without overtraining or overthinking attempts.
