Cali Ai apps
Are there any AI apps that work like a chat coach for calisthenics? Not just workout plans, but something you can talk to and get feedback on skills like handstands, HSPU, planche, form checks etc.

Yeah that makes sense honestly. I think the main thing I was looking for was more detailed feedback, especially for stuff like freestanding HSPU where sometimes the reps feel perfect and other times the balance/timing just changes a lot. Right now Iโ€™m mostly trying to understand why it feels really smooth some sessions but then breaks down under pressure or different environments, especially during the bottom/negative part of the rep. For now Iโ€™m just trying to get it more consistent and automatic instead of hit-or-miss depending on the day or situation.
Introduction
Hi, Iโ€™m Allan. Iโ€™ve been training calisthenics and Iโ€™m mainly focused on handstand work, handstand push-ups, and overall balance and control skills. Right now my handstand is pretty stable (around 25โ€“30s holds), but Iโ€™m working on making it more consistent and relaxed. My HSPU is still inconsistent and Iโ€™m trying to improve form, balance under load, and make the movement more automatic instead of random good/bad days. I joined to learn better progressions, training structure, and how to improve skill consistency without overtraining or overthinking attempts.

HSPU help
Been working on freestanding HSPU recently and need some advice on consistency. My HS is around 30โ€“40s and recently my HSPU actually improved a lot. When it clicks, the reps feel smooth/easy with good stack and less shaking. But it still feels inconsistent depending on the day or environment. The main issue is during the negative/bottom transition. If the balance or stack is slightly off, suddenly the negative feels super heavy and I end up needing to kick back up or lose balance during the press. I noticed calm attempts usually go way better, but when thereโ€™s pressure or I rush the rep, the form breaks down fast. Right now I mainly do: - freestanding attempts - bottom holds - pike push ups / lil press work - pseudo planche push ups - some wall work sometimes Any tips on making the HSPU more stable/automatic and less dependent on perfect conditions?

Handstand
My goal is to achieve a walking handstand. Starting off with working on my handstand confidence and increasing my freestanding handstand time!
