Until I am comfortable doing shapes in handstands, I thought it was a good idea to do shapes in headstands, as it helps stabilise and strengthen the core, and get even more comfortable being inverted.
I tried it with tripod headstand (not that confident yet) and hands-wrapped-around-head headstand ( yoga sirsasana or shirshasan), where I was much more stable (forearms on the ground help tremendously) and found it easier to do much more.
Has anyone tried this? What shapes do you like?
Any suggestions?
