Headstand
For this week I’m gonna change the skill I will be working on from the crow pose to the headstand. The reason for that is because I noticed that I need more practice on my balance and trust . Since I’m starting to understand the headstand more than I did the crow pose I’m going to master this and once I trust myself more and find more of a balance to my body I’ll continue with crow. Can anyone guide me on how NOT to push my hips back . I feel like having the wall causes me to push my body back for safety and support but what’s the trick to keep a straight back ? The core work to get my legs up felt good on this one. My balance is getting better once I get past that part and straightening my body.
