Handstand on paralettes
Has anyone tried handstand on paralettes? If so would you recommend the wooden ones that are closer to the ground to start with?
I’m thinking I might need to start practising using them in the meantime whilst I work on finger rehab as it might be a while before it’s ready for flat palms on the ground, particularly with the finger control require for handstand.
