I did the EMOM method for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised
you had given me that option a couple of weeks ago but I forgot about it, sometimes I just need to be reminded! 🙄 you gave me 2 options the other day: EMOM or Grease your Groove I thought for me it would be better to try EMOM first, the other method I'll either do to much or too little . With EMOM, I've got a number to work with
I couldn't ask for more, I did 10 full pull ups

I did this after my upper body workout, I tend to do better at the end of my workout
