First off, congrats to everyone who’s doing the Double It challenge!
I love how everyone all have their own special skills😁
Today I was doing 32 L-sits (I had to keep track!), I think I'll have nightmares tonight 😂
Tomorrow it's 64, it's gonna be a tough day! I'll take it 1 L-sit at a time, I'll see how far I can go….
So I took time today to do a video of my day, I did spread out my L-sits. There was no rush plus it would've been too hard on the body! I started the day with wrist mobility and compression work then I did an assortment of L-sits...i even did a core workout in the morning!
That's it, I gotta go do another L-sit now😂
