Day 2 Muscle Ups
I did 2 chin ups- 1 at a time, tried 2 pull ups- each time almost but only got my nose up to the bar. Will keep working at doing chin ups and pull ups. I realize it may take some time to be able to do several chin ups and pull ups at one time. I wonder how many pull ups you need to be able to do before you can work on one muscle up.
I did my regular gym workout today and added 10 pounds to each set on all exercises. Amazing how much harder the last set is. I shoot for 12-20 reps on each of 3 sets for each exercise. Sat in the Jacuzzi for 13 minutes and swam 8 laps.
