I actually loved this breakfast and very nourishing.
1 local duck egg sprinkled with an organic mesquite-style BBQ spice
2 pasture-raised chicken breakfast sausages
A bed of cilantro dressed with olive oil, balsamic (one of the best heavy metal detoxifying herbs)
Half a slice of organic sourdough pizza (I ate the previous half yesterday)
On my quintessential cutting board.
