💨 The Way You Breathe Alters Your Facial Structure, Energy Levels and Mood
The way you breathe radically alters your facial symmetry, jawline and cheekbones, but only if you breathe correctly… 😮‍💨 Some call it “looksmaxxing” but really it’s just breathing as nature intended. Breathing correctly involves 3 dynamics: 🧘‍♂️ 1. LOW deep down into your diaphragm (Buddha belly breathing) 🐢 2. SLOW inhales with control when needed (in stressful situations) 👃 3. @Ben Slattery you may have excess mucus production occurring in your sinus which is un-natural if it's occurring beyond short intervals. Its a symptom of the body's detoxification channels being taxed from an over-accumulation of toxins stored in the body. Your other channels back up and then the body resorts in using the nasal passage to remove the waste. Best thing is to do a strong liver detox (we'll probably do one for April as a group), and do an audit of everything you are eating or is in your surroundings. It could be many things causing this, even laundry detergent or off-gassing, or mucus-forming foods (pasteurized dairy). We'll get to the bottom of it brother, keep watching the content, doing what you're seeing being drip-feed in the community and keep applying things, and you will hit this one.

This in my estimation is a major reason people wake up feeling un-rested, stuffy, brain foggy and low energy. These modern airtight homes we all live in are slow-motion suffocating us - and no one seems to be talking about it. Consider that every night we spend 8 hours in sealed boxes, breathing back in our own exhaled CO₂. By 3 AM, for most people, the air in your bedroom is often worse than a crowded office. 😖 People drop thousands of dollars on biohacking, supplements, health food, and hydrogen water… yet we go to sleep every night and spend 8 hours oxygen deprived. Our ancestors never slept like this. Even in caves, fresh air was always flowing. The solution is embarrassingly simple: Open the windows🪟 Let real fresh air in 🌬️ Your brain, mood, and energy will thank you.

@Jade Wilmington I always find myself interested in these little discussed and unknown topics (turns out frequently that they are some of the most important things to consider). I absolutely feel you on that with the claustrophobia, I get it too when traveling and occasionally end up in small rooms or enclosed buildings. The human spirit needs its freedom- let alone our innate biological system designed for open spaces. The voyages on the deck overlooking the sea sound so magical.
Initiation of the Greenification
It begins… my first order of wheatgrass juice arrived! I was surprised it tasted kind of like a lawn mower. I’m guessing my gut still needs to adapt to it and grow the microbiome that eats it before I start to crave it and find it as sweet as Shane described. I do feel more energy after drinking it! @Ben Slattery absolutely brother! Whatever it takes to get you enjoying the wheatgrass. A squeeze of fresh lemon juice, maple syrup or drops of mint chlorophyll (personal favorite). Let me know which you land on is your favorite. Some days you’ll likely find that you just want pure grass, and other days you’ll desire a little sweetness. Trust your body on those signals.

WoW @Ben Slattery great find with this video. 5 minutes in and already very compelling. Love the setup with the most vile invention ever conceived of. I had a sense of what he was going to say, thought for sure he'd go with "desk" but he's right, chair proceeds desk and people sitting on the couch. Will finish the video later and discover his workout recommendation.
