๐Ÿ’จ The Way You Breathe Alters Your Facial Structure, Energy Levels and Mood
The way you breathe radically alters your facial symmetry, jawline and cheekbones, but only if you breathe correctlyโ€ฆ ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ Some call it โ€œlooksmaxxingโ€ but really itโ€™s just breathing as nature intended. Breathing correctly involves 3 dynamics: ๐Ÿง˜โ€โ™‚๏ธ 1. LOW deep down into your diaphragm (Buddha belly breathing) ๐Ÿข 2. SLOW inhales with control when needed (in stressful situations) ๐Ÿ‘ƒ 3. UP THE NOSE (never through the mouth). I am working on entire program for air purification and breathing as nature intended. Will share more clips from the videos Iโ€™m recording on this.

Amazing how that works, isn't it? The connection between breathing 'right' and your health, facial structure, and therefore your facial beauty? ๐Ÿ˜Œ Great insight!

@Shane Milson For sure!
Don't Sleep with Your Door Closed... ๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿšชโš ๏ธ
This in my estimation is a major reason people wake up feeling un-rested, stuffy, brain foggy and low energy. These modern airtight homes we all live in are slow-motion suffocating us - and no one seems to be talking about it. Consider that every night we spend 8 hours in sealed boxes, breathing back in our own exhaled COโ‚‚. By 3 AM, for most people, the air in your bedroom is often worse than a crowded office. ๐Ÿ˜– People drop thousands of dollars on biohacking, supplements, health food, and hydrogen waterโ€ฆ yet we go to sleep every night and spend 8 hours oxygen deprived. Our ancestors never slept like this. Even in caves, fresh air was always flowing. The solution is embarrassingly simple: Open the windows๐ŸชŸ Let real fresh air in ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Your brain, mood, and energy will thank you.

@Shane Milson yes, the human spirit thrives in freedom, absolutely! ๐Ÿ’ฏ And I like that you are delving into and bringing into the forefront with your posts health topics that tend to be overlooked or aren't discussed often. It reminds me of how much there is which can be adjusted in our day to day life (environment) to support our well-being to thrive (not just survive). Thanks for sharing these insights, Shane! I for one appreciate reading your posts and having my brain 'tickled' so to speak with these less frequented topics. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ’

Going hard on the Air Detox and Breathwork Blueprint modules right now. A big one is off/gassing from furniture, paint, carpet, and vinyl flooring letting out VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), invisible gases like: ๐Ÿงด Formaldehyde: A known carcinogen used in furniture glues and slaughterhouses to clean the floors. ๐ŸŽจ Benzene & Toluene: Toxic solvents found in paints and finishes. ๐Ÿ› Phthalates: Hormone-disrupting chemicals hidden in synthetic fragrances. These leak out for years in our airtight modern homes. That โ€œnew house smellโ€? Itโ€™s really a cocktail of headaches, brain fog, and lung irritation. What most people do is spray โ€œMountain Airโ€ or light a โ€œTahiti Breezeโ€ candle. ๐Ÿ•ฏ๏ธ๐Ÿšซ Those scents arenโ€™t cleaning anything. Theyโ€™re just dumping more VOCs and synthetic chemicals into the airโ€”turning your living room into a low-grade gas chamber with a pretty label. You arenโ€™t โ€œfresheningโ€ the air; youโ€™re just masking the poison by adding to it. The Avalon Fix ๐Ÿฆโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ ๐ŸŒบ Stop the source: Ditch the synthetic sprays and paraffin candles, use essential oils and flower hydrosols. ๐ŸŒฌ๏ธ Ventilate: Crack the windows and let the house breathe with the fresh air outside. ๐Ÿชด Purify: Use real plants and HEPA filters with activated carbon to actually soak up the toxins. Your lungs will thank you. ๐Ÿซโœจ

@Ben Slattery also, some essential oils have some 'air cleansing/purifying' or deodorising properties, like some of the citrus oils, especially lemon. Yes, it has a 'fresh' smell, but can also neutralise some foul odours (hence it's great in dishwashing soaps and to include in handsoaps for using to remove the 'fishy' smell after handling fish.)

@Shane Milson tree resins have a beautiful scent when burned. Big lover of Frankincense, dragons blood, benzoin, and myrrh โ˜บ๏ธ
Initiation of the Greenification
It beginsโ€ฆ my first order of wheatgrass juice arrived! I was surprised it tasted kind of like a lawn mower. Iโ€™m guessing my gut still needs to adapt to it and grow the microbiome that eats it before I start to crave it and find it as sweet as Shane described. I do feel more energy after drinking it! (slightly) Has anyone else in the group tried it yet? You can find it here: https://www.dynamicgreens.com/wheatgrass-juice/

@Shane Milson wow, look at all that chlorophyll! That's a much deeper green than I was expecting. Beautiful! Great idea that you're incorporating copper charged water! I haven't gone into this yet, but I am very curious about it. Have you any notable experiences or observations you've noticed in your well-being which you can attribute to copper-water?

@Ben Slattery "Liquid Sunshine" ๐Ÿคฃ That sounds FAR more appealing than "lawn mower"!
Free Workout
This was a great video on ways to get in a free workout while youโ€™d just be working at your desk anyways! Itโ€™s very actionable. https://youtu.be/kYcHoH9Yh3Y?si=1FBg6nni52UtRB1O

Wow, this one's very interesting, Ben. (The guy is very funny too, as a side note, I enjoyed watching the whole thing in one go!) That's a relationship I'm only now made aware of, that losing plenty of weight in one go (when one is "an active couch potato" during the rest of the day post-workout) does not guarrantee a healthy metabolism if the way the body works is not understood and worked with. That maintaining the ideal/desired body weight and losing those 'last few stubborn pounds' so to speak, is far more challenging than the initial pounds lost. I also noticed five or so minutes in I felt compelled to get up and walk around the room while watching the video ๐Ÿ˜‚ Thanks for sharing!
