Question for those part of the Q&A live call! Would you prefer weekday or weekend? I know there's going to be time zone differences, but I'm trying to see when the best time frame would be to try and accommodate as many of you as possible!
1. Will you be doing live questions this month? 2. Do you use Hevy or a similar app or excel sheet to track your weights on? 3. For the low rep RPE - do you do warmup sets first to get there? And/or do you have a typical warmup or mobility routine that you like? 4. Do you have any recs on workout shoes, knee sleeves or water bottles? Thanks for all of this :)))
@Natasha Aughey is there anywhere you share your workout split/ plan for the week? I struggle most with spending wayyy too long at the gym but not as effective as I could be :)
