Hi guys, I may be a little less active on here this week. My dog passed away last night, and I'm really not okay. I'll try to get some workout of the days out, but I apologize in advance
@Sara Sohn Fear of reinjury is always a hard one to get over. Push yourself within your limits and keep in mind that part of getting over an injury is retraining the mind as well. Keep it up, you got this!
@Sara Sohn it’s totally up to you! You can add some of the “workouts of the day” at the end if you wanted, or do some on a rest day if you’re feeling good! They’re short workouts focused more on minimal rest/cardio, so more for those wanting to add a little extra to their workout or who don’t have a lot of time and want to get their heart rate elevated and a good little sweat
Coming this week, I'll also have workout of the days coming in the classroom as a course! Each day, there will be a new workout for those who like changing it up daily or adding in a little more to their current training! The training program will also be coming this week!
