Posing and Flexing for Bodybuilders
I think it would be cool if you did a weekly thing where you attempt classic bodybuilding poses. It would be easy for you since you have the muscles for it and I don’t think we’ve ever seen you do a double bicep pose or a mantis pose. Let me know what you think 🤔

Weekly Challenge! Movement Master
This one is fun😬 Every time you sit for 2+ hours, do a 10 minute workout! (Could be a 10 min walk, run/jog, sit ups/push ups for 10 min, or one of my faves - every minute on the minute do 10 burpees for 10 min - could switch out burpees with any exercise). This is for the whole week until Friday! Feel free to chat how you feel/it's going below!

@Natasha Aughey i been getting up every hour or so and walking around to not do burpees 😅 loop hole Wait was i supposed to do them every 2hours regardless If so, I’ll pay my dues tomorrow and amrap til I die and report back
