I am starting from the barebones. I haven't worked out regularly for a while and have just started getting some energy back since I stopped doomscrolling (deleted instagram and youtube off my phone). I've gained a lot of weight and want to get into shape by starting with bodyweight stuff so I got a yoga mat so I can start playing ringfit and fitness boxing 3 on the switch to get a good baseline before going to the gym. My goal is to play them 4 or 5 days this week. Sorry for the long message just thought putting it all out there might help me stick to it and start building the habit.
