  1. Will you be doing live questions this month?
  2. Do you use Hevy or a similar app or excel sheet to track your weights on?
  3. For the low rep RPE - do you do warmup sets first to get there? And/or do you have a typical warmup or mobility routine that you like?
  4. Do you have any recs on workout shoes, knee sleeves or water bottles?
