1. Will you be doing live questions this month? 2. Do you use Hevy or a similar app or excel sheet to track your weights on? 3. Do you recommend doing the program, the daily workouts or both? I’m curious how long you’re typically there? 4. For the low rep RPE - do you do warmup sets first to get there? And/or do you have a typical warmup or mobility routine that you like? 5. Do you have any recs on workout shoes, knee sleeves or water bottles? Thanks for all of this :)))
