Hi guys, I may be a little less active on here this week. My dog passed away last night, and I'm really not okay. I'll try to get some workout of the days out, but I apologize in advance
Weekly Challenge! 100 Rep Day
Every day until Friday, pick any exercise, hit 100 total reps throughout the day however you want! Post which exercises you choose throughout the week here! 💪
Weekly Challenge! Movement Master
This one is fun😬 Every time you sit for 2+ hours, do a 10 minute workout! (Could be a 10 min walk, run/jog, sit ups/push ups for 10 min, or one of my faves - every minute on the minute do 10 burpees for 10 min - could switch out burpees with any exercise). This is for the whole week until Friday! Feel free to chat how you feel/it's going below!
