This one is fun😬 Every time you sit for 2+ hours, do a 10 minute workout! (Could be a 10 min walk, run/jog, sit ups/push ups for 10 min, or one of my faves - every minute on the minute do 10 burpees for 10 min - could switch out burpees with any exercise).
