Bots Not Cancelling Appointments?
Not sure if anyone else is having these issues, but users will request to cancel their appointments and the AI will confirm the appointment is cancelled - but doesn't actually complete the function. Screenshot below for reference.
PS - I know there used to be a tool for this - but that is no longer an option in the tools area. Is there an alternative we should consider for this?
