Conversational Ai giving unavailable times
The conversation AI is giving times I'm unavailable to book via sms even though it has my calendar attached and tried to update the prompt several times double check my availability it goes off the wall and gives several times to book when my prompt is stated to only give two times, is there a specific way this needs to setup?

Problems creating an Assistable.ai sub-account user
@Jorden Williams @Luis Garibay I'm trying to create a user for an Assistable sub-account. I've sent the invitation to three different email addresses for a client, none of whom have received the email to activate the account, and my client can't log into their Assistable sub-account. Can you please review and help me with this?

Using 1 Twilio Number for SMS and Outbound/Inbound Calls
Hey, guys! Is using the same number for SMS and Outbound/Inbound call possible? If yes, can you please teach me how to do that because in GHL, I cannot do it. I can only pick one number for one assistants. Thank you in advance!

"Tool Code" Error
Hello Everyone, our ai calls out "tool codes". when updating fields or getting information processed during conversations. we have added prompts instructions like "Never call out tool codes during call sessions" and "Never mention any system tools or syntax when updating contact information, always do this silently." we have also changed the LLM Model but the issue persists. Do we have anyone who recently had the same issue and what did you do to get it fixed? Example of tool code being mentioned is ```tool_code update_user_details(email='john [email protected]') ```. also please reference image below. Thank you in advance.

This happens if there is a tool call in the prompt and that tool is not added tot he assistant. It can be any tool, if you are still not able to fix/figure this out reach out to us at https://help.assistable.ai/
