Outbound calling issue
@Assistable Team @Mike Copeland @Jorden Williams Any update on the outbound calling issue? I have had multiple people cancel and some are asking for refunds now...

@Anthony Castiglia Ugh I setup a twilio today and still couldn't get her completely back to normal. I'll do some more testing tomorrow. I also changed my prompt 10+ times thinking the last issue was the prompt so maybe I just need to dig into it and try and get it back .

Bot can't access calendar, Help!
I hope you are having a great week. I am testing an outbound agent and it cannot access the calendar to book an appointment. The tools are selected, calendar synced, and calendar active in GHL. I already re-connected and the bot still says that is having technical problems and cannot book the appointment, can't even open the calendar to give time slot options. I added the note. The agent actually gets the task for live agents to call, but I want the AI agent to be able to book the appointment. ๐Ÿ˜ Is anyone having similar issues? SOLUTION: I figured the issue. The assigned calendar was a Round Robin. I created a Personal Booking and now is able to book the appointment.

It should definitely schedule into round robins! I only ever have round robin calendars and it usually works. It may be a bug but glad you were able to fix it for this!
Booking dates incorrect (2025 days) URGENT
Hey, I feel like this happened the last 2 years also, but when it switches to a new year, the AI still sometimes says dates from the previous year. E.g. it said to a lead Wednesday, 8 January. Which was correct in 2025 but in 2026 the 8th of Jan is a Thursday. Any way to get this correct 100% of the time? @Assistable Ai @Jorden Williams

@Callan Mendyk Hey Callan! I have this in my prompt now but I'm starting to think the issue could be some larger issues at hand with the new V3 voice as my assistants aren't working at all as they should be...so I'm sort of waiting it out to hopefully see if once these bugs are fixed, maybe this stops happening. Anyways, here's what I put in there in the meantime: #### Step B3: Present Appointment Options Check the calendar for the selected clinic location only. Offer 2โ€“3 specific time slots, using this format: โ€œI have January 12th at 10 a.m., January 19th at 1 p.m., or January 26th at 9:30 a.m. โ€” which one works best for you?โ€ - Do not infer or guess the day of the week unless the calendar system provides it.
MAJOR SYSTEM BUG
@Jorden Williams There is a major bug with voices leading to it not following prompts. All agents sound different, like robots and not the usual. They are speaking in custom values, hanging up calls, and not leaving VM. We opened a ticket and no response. I see other threads like this.. Can we please get an update.

This is happening with my outbound assistants too! Hoping support can help but just waiting. The CIMO voice sounds better, but again it's only changing the inbound voice and not the outbound. My outbound voice isn't following the prompt, callings the tools, etc. and lag time for her to speak back when the client answers is around 5 seconds. Whereas my inbound assistant is running through perfectly. It seems to be with any numbers I've purchased this week. I was told it had to do with the V3 update but said there was no ETA on when it could be fixed.

@Anthony Castiglia Yup this is the same voice all of my outbound calls are using even when I change it to CIMO. I'll keep working today and let you know if I get any good consistency. My inbounds are now reading out their instructions too so inbound is being affected. I'm trying not to do much more as it gets more frustrating and I spent 10 hours reworking a really good prompt thinking it was something I did wrong so don't want to change anything at the moment. We're replacing a full call center of 25 people and launch was on the day all of this started happening so I feel your pain ๐Ÿ˜ญ
Outbound Sounds Different?
Been on with support for 5 days trying to figure out whats going on, running into all kids of issues with my numbers. I just wanted to see if it was just me or not. Anyone else having issues where outbound calls are not following the script or just sound different in general than they do for inbound?
