Outbound Rules
I have clients wanting to know how they can use the outbound voice. If they have existing opt-ins or clients can they use it to follow up? For new opt-ins does the wording have to include, ai calls? How are you guys handling this?

Check the laws and rules surrounding TCPA, DNC, RND and you will be fine. @Craig Cameron
LC phone for voice
Client wants to use their LC phone number they already have in GHL for outbound voice calls. Is this possible or do I have to use a new assistable or twilio number?

Assign A2P verified number to Ai Assistant
How do I assign an A2P verified number (purchased in GHL) to an Assistable ai bot?

if its LeadConnect, you can't. It will only be used for the SMS. You will need to buy a number in Assistable to make the calls from. @Ryan B
Optimizing Outbound Calling in Assistable
What is the ideal number of contacts to include in a drip campaign for the calling function in Assistable, to ensure that all calls are consistently made from a single Assistable number?

Twilio can only process one call every 15 seconds. So needs to be dripped =>
Inbound New caller vs Returning caller issue
Has anyone solved how the AI can recognize if it's a new caller or returning caller and what the prompt/workflow looks like for that Example I am creating an inbound voice receptionist for a law firm. Calls range from new callers to existing clients. In an ideal world I would like the AI to recognize and differentiate between the two and then move into her routing/branching protocol Any insights on this appreciated. This is what I have so far but she still asks the same question when I call back a second time on my test

use the GHL field for the name and greet them by name if filled in. If it's filled in, then immediately go to step *** That way you can skip on the other stuff if they are calling back. @Orion Rodgers
