Went to a property investing networking event at the weekend got home after midnight, it was of the hook made a few connections I followed your instructions I didn’t stand at the back of the room and blend in with the wallpaper as stated in your book lol I even spoke publicly which is a first 😳 another event lined up for the 10th phew.
