Hi all, I'm new in this group and in the area of property. What has lead me here is I want to acquire a property my business currently rents and I want to know more about it. As it has a large accommodation attached it seems to be alot more than I thought. However all the information i have found out about all other aspects of property are very intriguing, so here I am.

I’ve noticed that a lot of people in property and business aren’t necessarily lacking opportunities; they’re often just stuck between knowing what to do and actually taking action. Whether it’s your first investment, finding the right deal, raising finance, building the right network, or simply trying to avoid expensive mistakes, that gap between learning and doing can feel bigger than it should. That’s why communities like this matter. Being around people who are actively building, investing, and sharing real experiences saves time, prevents unnecessary setbacks, and gives you clarity much faster than trying to figure everything out alone.
