Why boring investors usually win (Part 2) 👇
In property, boring doesn’t mean lazy. It means predictable. Boring property investors: • Buy where people always want to live • Stick to simple, proven property types • Focus on cashflow and long-term growth • Ignore short-term noise • Hold assets long enough for compounding to matter This approach isn’t exciting. But it’s repeatable. And repeatable is scalable. Property doesn’t reward adrenaline. It rewards patience. That’s why the boring investors usually win.

My apology I was not feel well enough to join you . I missed Deal Packagibg .
Its been a long weekend but I'm back
Evening all apologies for my long absence me and my daughter had a long weekend of fun, Movies an madness 😁👍🏻 I did my first homeschooling class with her on Saturday and I taught her some history about the ancient Tarterians and all the old world free energy structures and we did some Numerology as well it was a fun day, took her home on Monday and I had a much needed rest bite monday night 😅 am not as young and fit as I used to be. Had a doctor's appointment today to asses my back and shoulder injuries which is affecting my whole body for some reason so I'm booked in for a blood test tomorrow 🤞 I've also made a few good contacts for when get my new property investments business is up and running and I'm planning on up scaling to a building next door bit more expensive but 3 times as big as this flat I'm in now, an I'm going to rent out this flat to someone through a freelance contract if all goes well 🙏 Still waiting on Credas to accept my ID documents but think I'll need a new passport so that's on the task list, but all in all I'm steadily raising my head above water and any progress is progress nonetheless. Still having financial issues as my credit score isnt moving much but a few payed direct debits at the end of the month should change things, I really could do with someone to invest in me with a personal unsecured loan this would boost my progress by a number of weeks but I only deal with cash and I only receive 800 quid a month in my account so things are tuff, but as I say no matter how many ups and downs this rollercoaster ride dose as long as I dont get off the ride I'll eventually get to my destinations 1 stop at a time 💪 Hope everyones winning and if not just stay focused on the journey and the destination will come 🙏 God bless❤❤❤
I almost ignored this opportunity, and that would’ve been a mistake.
I’m someone who really values growth and open conversations around work and income. Over the past while, I’ve been working on a system that generates income alongside my job. It didn’t replace my job, but it changed my life. It gave me flexibility, clarity, and made my long-term goals feel possible without burning out or taking reckless risks. I’m always open to sharing what’s been working for me, and I’m just as interested in learning from others here. So I’m wondering What’s one thing you’re currently working on that doesn’t fully reflect your potential yet, but you believe it could? If this resonates and you’d like to ask questions or exchange ideas, feel free to exchange ideas with me. I believe the right conversations can change direction faster than working alone.
