Introduction
Hi everyone , I've just joined Assets for Life and wanted to introduce myself! I am new to the business and I am excited about the journey. I’m excited to be part of this community and I look forward to learning more about property sourcing and investing here in the UK from this network.

🔥 SUCCESS STORY: Lloyd & Cath Cochran 🔥
Massive congratulations to Lloyd and Cath Cochran from Keystone Lux Limited 👏 These guys have just achieved TWO property deals through Asset for Life… in just THREE MONTHS 🚀 Let that sink in for a moment. From joining the program… to landing not one, but two deals, that’s what happens when you combine focus, action, and the right environment. But what really makes their story powerful isn’t just the deals… it’s the journey behind it. Lloyd shared something deeply personal, after suffering a severe brain injury at a critical time in his life, it completely shifted his perspective. It made him reflect on what truly matters: family, values, time, and purpose. That moment led him to discover Asset for Life… and everything started to change. ➡️ From online training ➡️ To bootcamp ➡️ To mentorship ➡️ To real deals on the table This is exactly how it’s designed to work. What I love most is their approach. They didn’t try to do everything at once. They followed the strategy: ✔️ Focus on serviced accommodation for cash flow ✔️ Build momentum ✔️ Then expand into bigger opportunities Simple. Focused. Effective. And they leaned into the biggest advantage we have here, the power of the community and mentorship. Working closely with mentors like Rob Mason and the wider team, they stayed aligned, supported, and moving forward every step of the way. 🙏 Lloyd & Cath, thank you for trusting the process, for showing up, and for being a part of this community. Your story is proof that, everything can change in a matter of months when you commit and this is just the beginning… If you’re reading this and still sitting on the fence, take this as your sign.Get in the room. Surround yourself with the right people. And take action.Your story could be next. 👊🔥

Ok newbies, I am updating you on the meeting I attended on Thursday evening, I didn’t want to attend as it was raining, windy dark and freezing outside and I was tucked up in bed with a backache. But I got out of bed, showered, got dressed and showed up at the event anyway as this event was about R2R SA and Air B an B. As R2R is my 80% to begin with I had some interesting conversations with persons who had recently secured R2R accommodation mainly in London as that’s their area, they shared some great tips on what to do to attract guests and how to generate continuous cash flow. In addition there were a few Deal Sourcers looking for people to partner with. I met one person who is also attending the AFL Deal Sourcing event on the 20th in Brentwood, I will be attending for the three days also in addition to the three day Property Wealth Bootcamp. I also managed to secure meetings with two persons that have been in the R2R business for a while and will meet up with them when I return from bootcamp. I do intend to do bigger projects, but for me R2R is to keep the money coming in, in the interim. This is a big deal for me as I am new to the property arena but just sharing my experiences with other newbies not sure where to begin. Have a blessed week everyone 👋

@Wesley Baker thank you
Greetings, My name is Jennifer
Hi Everyone, I hope that your day is going well. I am happy to be part of the Assets for Life Community Group and get to know you all. I have always loved property but due to life circumstances, I was never able to buy the home of my dreams so this is an opportunity to get in to the different aspects of property and help the homeless children as I have always wanted to do, as I was once one of them. But saying this, I have been on the otherside of property for nearly 30 years as an Information Document Controller/ Liason Officer/ Receptionist and Secretary working in engineering, construction and architectural industries. Although I had been writing books for over 12 years, I published my first book after Covid-19 lockdown had just ended, but so when I was made redundant at 60 years old (3 years ago) and I was looking after my elderly mother who died of dementia before Christmas last year 2025, things have been difficult but I have always followed Asset For Life, dreaming of getting into working in property. Looking after my mum and my daugther also being ill plus looking after the grandchildren took up all my resources and time. I am a single parent mother and grandmother who is still trying to pursue her dream. I am now coming up to retirement and would love to invest in property to acquire an extra income with my pension. So, this is my question? Can someone like me still be able to purchase, let or sale properties with no money down and in debt plus living on benefits? Due to ill health, I can no longer work a 9 to 5 job and I am hoping to retire at 67 years old, good health permitting. I was homeless at 19 years old and have lived on my own while bringing up my daugther who is now 38 years old and lives with her partner and children. I have never married or lived with a partner. So is it possible? And if so, where do I begin?

@Jennifer Hallal mind over matter my darling anything is possible. I am new to this arena but I feel like I’ve been doing this for a while and it’s because I am passionate and determined. I am not going to work for no more employer until I retire hell no. Time is so valuable, I have followed the modules and set up my company, website, instagram page, and business cards ready to hand out, attended two boot camps in one week, have two meetings this week with I hope will be potential investors who I met at a networking event before bootcamp, will they be potential investors, dunno, but the fact that they reached out to me they must see something, going to apply everything I learnt over the past couple of months and I can’t wait. I am now a AFL Academy member ( joined last week) and will be attending a networking event on Saturday evening with a lovely lady I met at bootcamp @Temi Olaiya so you see my love as long as you have breath you have life, make the most of it. What is your chosen strategy? Have you started to network? Where are you based?

I joined AFL as I am new to property investing and they have the communities, strategies, and networks to assist me with achieving my objective.
