This Changed How I Look at Conversations 👇
Ever walked away from a conversation thinking “That should’ve gone better”? Same message. Same intent. Completely different outcome. Most people assume it’s confidence or experience. A lot of the time, it’s neither. It’s personality. There are four main styles: Spades, Diamonds, Clubs, and Hearts and once you start spotting them, you realize why: - some people want facts - some want vision - some want logic - some want connection In this video, I break down how these personalities show up in real conversations and why understanding them makes deals, partnerships, and even everyday communication feel easier. No hype. No theory. Just something worth paying attention to. Watch it and tell me in the comments, which one do you think you are? 👀

@Liam J Ryan ❤️ all through👍🏾😉😂😂. I can’t see part 2?
Why confidence doesn’t come from experience, it comes from preparation
Most people think confidence shows up after they’ve done a few deals. It doesn’t. Confidence comes from knowing: - your numbers - your strategy - what you’re looking for - and what you’ll say when someone pushes back - You don’t need 10 years of experience to speak to agents, analyze deals, or make offers. You need clarity. That’s why two people can walk into the same situation: - one hesitates - the other moves decisively Same opportunity. Different level of preparation. Experience just refines confidence, it doesn’t create it. Preparation does.

Why boring investors usually win 👇
Most people think wealth is built through exciting decisions. Big risks. Fast money. Constant movement. In reality, boring investors usually win. They buy assets people always need. They focus on steady demand. They ignore noise. And they let time do the heavy lifting. Boring feels slow at the start — because it is. But slow, predictable progress compounds into something very powerful over time. The goal isn’t excitement. The goal is consistency. And consistency beats excitement almost every time.
