This week we hosted our very first AFL Executive Club Day in London, bringing together a fantastic group of high-level business owners, property investors, and professionals who are serious about playing a bigger game. The purpose of the day wasn't just to network. It was to mastermind, solve problems, find opportunities, and help each other scale. Whether members are aiming to go from six figures to seven, or seven figures to eight, the conversations were focused on what actually moves the needle. We got into the numbers, analysed deals, looked at business structures, discussed building stronger teams, and explored how to make money work harder. More importantly, we identified the blocks and barriers that stop people from reaching the next level and worked through them together. One thing that's always clear at these events is that growth happens much faster when you're surrounded by people who challenge your thinking, hold you accountable, and genuinely want to see you win. The level of openness, collaboration, and support in the room was outstanding. Of course, it wasn't all work. After a full day of masterminding, we headed out for an amazing Italian dinner before treating everyone to Come Alive! The Greatest Showman Circus Spectacular. What an incredible way to finish the day. The show was absolutely phenomenal and gave everyone the chance to relax, celebrate, and continue building relationships outside the boardroom. A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed. This was just the first AFL Executive Club Day, and if this event is anything to go by, we're only just getting started.
