Movement Class is happening in 7 days
Mondays Recording
Following on from the work we did last week. There is a large chunk of the session dedicated to arm swings and waking the body up. The squats are a deep dive. Unfortunately I ran out of time on the spinal work. So only one round of that. Next week we will go deeper :) Definitely a great session to get the juices flowing.

This mornings session was a great one.
This session was a slow and deliberate exploration of the ball rolling, arm swings, coordination and some transitional squats. Equipment wise all you need is a basketball. Be prepared to do an extended amount of time on the arms swings which makes your body feel awake, tingly and loose. Would love to hear how you go with it :)

Class tomorrow cancelled
Hey Guys, I'm really sorry but Emma has injured her knee pretty badly. As a result I need to cancel the online class tomorrow. I'll be at home helping with the kids! Apologies for the inconvenience. But all the replays are in the classroom. Please pick one from the last couple of weeks and we can get stuck back in next week.

This mornings session
This one was great! Basketball rolling to wake the body up. Balance, lunging and crawling for strength and mobility. Coordinations to get the head and the body talking to one another. All you need is a basketball and some Jenga blocks to get going

Todays session
We have shifted focus for the next couple of weeks. We will still be working on coordination of upper and lower body. But the strength work has shifted to the foot/calf. We will be building this up over the next few weeks. The goal is to make jumping, landing and changing direction feel stronger.
