Movement Class is happening in 5 days
Class theme for February
Spinal waves. Coordination. Slow transitional squats. These sessions are going to loosen up the spine, wake the body up and build strength in your legs. The only equipment you will need is a basketball. If you want to make it more spicy you could use a med ball. Expect to leave the session with a smile on your face and a bit of fatigue in the legs :)

I need your help
I'd like to make the classes we run work a little better. And thats a lot easier to do if I know what's happening at your end. So here's what I propose - I'm going to announce the theme of the class ahead of time. We will work on similar material for a month. And then change theme the next month. What I need from you - message me on skool. Or post in the community page anything that is going on for you. This is especially important if you are doing the recordings. That way you can make a decision about whether the class is for you. And I can help progress or regress the material so you get more out of it. Sound good? Let me know in the comments below

I need your help
This mornings class recording.
Get the body loose. Do some strengthy stuff in the legs. Play with balance. Crawl. Squat. Equipment wise - you need jenga blocks or something small to reach out to.

A facepalm moment 🤦‍♂️🤣
I have to apologise. The last two Tuesday classes were uploaded but I forgot to hit the 'publish' button. This has now been rectified. If you're keen to do the sessions just a heads up - they are a little more on the strengthy side. This mornings class recording.
This mornings class was a great mix of strength and mobility. Foot massage, ankle stretching, crawling, squatting and lunging are all worked through. As well as some sneaky ab and upper body strength. All you need equipment wise is something to massage the feet with - a ball, a stick or a towel would work. If you end up doing the class let me know how you pull up :)
