Class theme for February
Spinal waves. Coordination. Slow transitional squats.
These sessions are going to loosen up the spine, wake the body up and build strength in your legs.
The only equipment you will need is a basketball. If you want to make it more spicy you could use a med ball.
Expect to leave the session with a smile on your face and a bit of fatigue in the legs :)
