Movement Class is happening in 7 days
Todays session
We have shifted focus for the next couple of weeks. We will still be working on coordination of upper and lower body. But the strength work has shifted to the foot/calf. We will be building this up over the next few weeks. The goal is to make jumping, landing and changing direction feel stronger.

This mornings class
Unfortunately the internet was not good during this morning session. And as such the recording is not worth uploading. Most of it is frozen pictures of me with bad facial expressions. Apologies to those of you that do the recordings. You will have to make do with last weeks session.

This mornings class
For this session we need a basketball, a speed tool or a small weight (1-2kg). Whats in the class: - boxing rhythm and coordination - Shoulder, hip and spine articulation - Squat mobility and strength. Apologies in advance for the filming of this session. We are still setting up our new home so the lighting and the framing of the shot are a little off.

And we are back!
Tuesday morning classes are back up and running. This weeks sessions (and the upcoming month) is all about the squat. Particular focus is being place on moving your head and spine while squatting and also bringing your arms above your head. If you want to give this one a go all you need is 6 jenga blocks and a willingness to imagine a monkey accidentally ingesting magic mushrooms. 🍄 😝 Let me know how you go!
