It is especially helpful if: - You feel unsure or overwhelmed - Meditation feels difficult or stressful - You want a grounded, confidence-building entry point - You want breathwork to feel smoother and more enjoyable This protocol develops somatic awareness, mindful breathing, and foundational pranayama, which greatly enhances both meditation and breathwork practices. I Have Decided to Step Away from the Kriya Yoga Path —God Doesn’t Hoard His Best from His Seekers 🐉✨
Gratitude for the Kriya Lineage & the East 🙏 --- First, I want to say this clearly and sincerely: it has been an absolute blessing to learn from Paramahansa Yogananda. I intend to continue learning from Autobiography of a Yogi, from the Kriya tradition broadly, and from the deep wisdom of the East as a whole. My life has been profoundly changed. Kriya sharpened my awareness of subtle energy and helped shape me into the meditator — and the person — I am today. I will always be grateful for that. This isn’t a rejection of wisdom. It’s a recognition of timing, alignment, and calling. --- --- Why I’m Changing Lanes 🚦 --- After a recent meetup with a Kriya facilitator at Ananda, something became very clear to me very quickly: I need to switch lanes. Not because I’m unwilling to meditate. I meditate every day. If I miss a day, it’s never more than one. I practice mindfulness. I practice breathwork. I am always working with my inner state. Because I believe — deeply — that no matter how busy your life is, your best is always a decision away. That your energy is not locked away in a monastery. That your nervous system can be regulated, trained, and transformed. That God is closer than your very breath. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that this belief is shared institutionally. And that’s okay. I’m not here to change Ananda. I’m not here to challenge a lineage. I’m not here to argue with anyone. I simply have to walk my own path. --- --- A Meditation Lifestyle Must Be Firm and Flexible 🥋🧘‍♂️ --- Last night I realized something important about my own life. Juggling relationships, responsibilities, work, creativity, writing, animals, and a meditation lifestyle is not easy. And what I’ve learned is this: A meditation lifestyle must be consistent, but also flexible — like martial arts. Not rigid like a rock that can’t move and therefore breaks everything it collides with. But elastic. Firm. Resolute. Adaptable. This is the only way modern people can have real hope that God’s best is for them — without needing to become ascetics or monks to access it.

🌿 Here’s Why I’ve Been Quiet — What to Expect in the Coming Months
Hey everyone — I know I’ve been pretty quiet lately. I’ve been focusing a lot on my SOMA Breath studies, deepening my own meditation practice, and I’m also getting close to starting work on a book. So things have been very inward and very focused… but I’m still here. And even if only one of you needs support, that still matters to me. Just a reminder: there’s a free breathwork protocol and a free place to start in the classroom, plus a free SOMA Breath recording you can use anytime. If you’re newer or feeling stuck, that’s a great entry point. Over the next few months, I’ll be leaning heavily into breathwork. I honestly believe this is the bridge that helps people want to meditate. Traditional meditation is powerful, but for most people it doesn’t give fast enough relief to keep them engaged. Breathwork gives immediate nervous-system benefits, and that opens the door to deeper inner work. I also want to be transparent — I don’t have ad money right now, so growth is slow and organic reach is… well, not great. But the mission hasn’t changed. I’m here because I believe in this path and in what it can do for people. That part isn’t going anywhere. Hey everyone — quick update. I’m currently restructuring my calendar and events, so I appreciate your patience while I get everything organized and aligned properly. This won’t take long, but I want to do it right. In the meantime, here’s what is happening: • I’ll be adding a free SOMA Breath® recording that you can access directly in the Classroom • The 21-Day Nervous System Reset & Upgrade will also remain available for everyone in the group Unfortunately, I won’t be able to continue offering the free Wednesday SOMA Breath event. Because of SOMA Breath directory and licensing rules, those sessions can’t be offered publicly for free — they need to be paid sessions. That’s exactly why I’m offering the free SOMA Breath download instead, so everyone here still receives real value and an authentic experience of the practice. There will be more updates coming soon, especially as I’m expecting to receive my Level 2 SOMA Breath Facilitator license shortly, which will open up additional options and offerings. And to the two or three of you who are still paying attention —thank you for sticking around.This will evolve, and it will get better. More soon. 🐉
