Wassail has become a cherished part of our holiday celebrations. Every Christmas morning, the spicy warmth of wassail fills the house with its comforting aroma, complementing our festive breakfast spread of my breakfast casserole and Jim's cinnamon rolls. It’s a tradition that brings warmth to the chilly morning and sets the perfect tone for the day.

Beyond Christmas morning, we love sharing wassail on cold winter nights during holiday parties. Whether served to friends and family gathered around the fireplace or sipped while enjoying holiday music, its blend of spices and sweetness feels like a hug in a mug.
