Hoping you have a beautiful Easter weekend ✝️🌸
Sight & Sound Theater is streaming their production of Jesus for free this weekend 🙌 Our family had the chance to see this in person, and it is truly excellent—powerful, moving, and so well done ❤️ If you’re looking for something meaningful to watch this weekend, I highly recommend it. You can watch it here:https://www.sight-sound.tv/jesus-streaming-free-easter-weekend What are your plans for the weekend?

More Pregnancy and Birth Options
I quickly pulled together this document for a client who is expecting and thought it might be helpful to share with the group as well. 🤰🌿 Many of these homeopathic remedies are commonly used to support women during pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. One of the wonderful parts about homeopathy is that it is gentle and non-toxic, so it is often used during pregnancy and while nursing when appropriate plus can be used for newborns. Interestingly, similar remedies are also frequently used with animals that are expecting, giving birth, and during recovery after birth. 🐾 Nature has amazing parallels! I hope this is helpful as a starting point for learning and discussion. As always, individual situations can vary, so remedies are best matched to the specific symptoms and person.

🌿✨ Remedy Spotlight: Ignatia — When Emotions Get Stuck 💔
Have you ever noticed how someone can “hold it together” after something upsetting… but their body tells a different story? 😔 Headaches 🤕 Tight chest 💨 Lump in the throat 😶 Trouble sleeping 🌙 Mood swings 🎭 that don’t quite make sense. Ignatia is one of the first remedies I think of after emotional shock 🚪 disappointment 💭 grief 💔 or even bottled-up frustration 😤 It’s not just for major loss. It can be for the child who felt embarrassed at school 🎒 The adult who received hard news 📩 The person who says “I’m fine” but clearly isn’t 🥺 Common patterns with Ignatia:• Frequent sighing 😮‍💨• Lump-in-the-throat sensation 😶• Crying alone 🚪• Not wanting comfort 🤍• Emotional ups and downs 🎢• Headaches triggered by stress 🤕• Insomnia after upsetting events 🌙 In kids, it can look like dramatic sobbing 😭 one moment and total withdrawal the next 🤐 In adults, it may show up as irritability 😠 tension 🧠 or trying very hard not to cry 😢 I love this remedy because it reminds us that emotions don’t just disappear when we suppress them 🧊 The body keeps the score 📖 Supporting the nervous system gently 🌸 and appropriately can make a profound difference 💫 Have you ever seen emotions show up physically in yourself or your kids? 💬

Lycheese
🍒 Lychees — who has tried these?! 😍 I spotted them at Costco and they are SO tasty! A friend introduced them to me years ago at an Asian market and said he grew up eating them — now I see why! 🙌 ✨ Nutrition facts (1 cup fresh ~190g): • ~125 calories • ~31g carbs • ~2–3g fiber 🌿 • ~136mg Vitamin C (over 100% daily value!) 🍊 • Small amounts of copper & potassium 💡 Glycemic Index: Moderate (around 50–60), but they do contain natural sugars (~29g per cup), so portion size matters if you’re watching blood sugar. ❤️ Potential benefits: • Immune support (thanks to Vitamin C) • Antioxidants for cellular health • Some traditional use for digestion support They’re juicy, floral, and slightly tropical — kind of like a grape met a rose 🌸🍇 Have you tried them fresh? Frozen? In a smoothie? Canned? Fresh is best in my opinion. Canned ones were not tasty. 🍒
