Sauté:🧅 1 onion🥕 Carrots🥬 Cabbage🌿 Celery🍄 Mushrooms🫑 Bell pepper🥒 Zucchini🧄 Fresh garlic🫚 Fresh grated ginger🌿 Fresh grated turmeric Add:🥩 1 lb beef (stew meat works great!)🥦 2 bags cauliflower rice🫛 Peas Season with:🥥 Coconut aminos🧂 Salt & pepper🌶 Cayenne🥄 Sesame oil Top with:🍳 Fried egg⚫ Black sesame seeds ✨ Why black sesame seeds? ⚫In Chinese medicine, black sesame seeds are known to nourish the liver and kidneys—systems believed to influence hair health and color. 🌿 I am putting sesame seeds on my eggs in the morning and it is delish. They’re rich in minerals like iron and copper, which support melanin production (what gives hair its color). homeopathy certification
Are there any qualified homeopaths here? I’ve been studying homeopathy for about 10 years but never got certified to Practise being a homeopath as it’s so expensive. I’m trying to find a reasonable certification that won’t break the bank and csn be completed in 1-2 yrs full time. Any suggestions. ( I know this is a big question ) Sharing your experiences will be appreciated.

🥚 Eggs!
🥚✨ Eggs! I love them — especially when they come from our own free-range chickens. There’s just something about those deep orange yolks that scream nutrient-dense goodness! I probably eat about 9–10 eggs a week. They’re packed with high-quality protein, healthy fats, choline for brain health, B12, vitamin D, and so much more. For most healthy people, eggs are one of the most complete, nourishing foods you can eat. 🍳💪 How many eggs do you eat in a week?
