What Surprises you about Homeopathy?
✨ Most people are shocked when they discover how individualized homeopathy really is 🌿 A remedy is not chosen only for a diagnosis… it may also consider: 💭 Anxiety or emotional stress 😴 Sleep patterns and dreams 🍫 Food cravings and aversions 🔥 Whether symptoms improve with heat, cold, movement, or rest 🌙 Hormonal shifts and PMS 🧠 Noise sensitivity and overstimulation 💧 Energy levels and burnout 🌧️ Weather changes and seasonal reactions Two people with the exact same condition may receive completely different remedies because their bodies and nervous systems respond differently ✨ That is what makes homeopathy so fascinating to many families seeking a more holistic and not a cookie cutter approach. Reach out if you need support! 💚

Much like Herbs; our metabolism plays a big part
Homeopathy isn’t just for Humans 🪴 Plants Love Homeopathy
“Here’s how people are using homeopathy with plants 👇” Pellets can be put into a small jar. Shake and add to watering can or spray bottle. 🌱 Arnica 30C “After transplanting, pruning, or shock—this is the ‘ouch’ remedy.” 🌿 Calendula 6C or 30C “For damaged stems, rough handling, or stressed plants.” 🌱 Bioplasma “For weak, floppy, or struggling structure—think plant ‘strength support.’” This is my go to for general fertilizer for plants. 🌿 Nux vomica 30C “For “overdone it” plants—too much sun, too much water, too much fertilizer.”

🧠✨ MEMORY, FOCUS & NATURAL SUPPORT ✨🧠
Memory and focus aren’t just “brain issues”… they’re connected to sleep 😴, stress 😬, nutrition 🥗, circulation ❤️, and overall balance and activity. 👉 Ever feel like your memory is just off lately? 🚨 First—something most people overlook:🍷 Alcohol can:• Impair memory formation• Disrupt sleep• Increase brain inflammation. 🍬 Blood sugar matters too: • Spikes & crashes = brain fog • Insulin resistance has been linked to cognitive decline 👉 Some researchers even call Alzheimer’s “type 3 diabetes” 🌿 Homeopathic options (based on symptoms): • Anacardium 🧠 – brain fog, poor focus, stress-related forgetfulness • Kali phos ⚡ – burnout, mental fatigue, overwhelm (can add this cell salt with other remedies) • Lycopodium 🗣️ – forgets names/words, low confidence • Phosphoric acid 😔 – memory issues after grief or exhaustion • Baryta carb 🐢 – slow thinking, forgetfulness, memory feels like it’s declining • Gelsemium 🌫️ – brain goes blank under stress, foggy and drowsy thinking • Nat mur 💔 – memory issues tied to grief or bottled-up emotions • Calc phos 🧩 – mental fatigue, poor focus, trouble retaining information • Ruta 💻 – brain strain from overstudying, screens, or mental overus e• Aethusa 🤯 – confusion, can’t process or retain what you’re learning 🌱 Natural brain support: • Bacopa 🌿 – memory + learning support • Lion’s Mane 🍄 – supports nerve growth + brain health • Ginkgo 🌳 – helps circulation to the brain • Omega-3s 🐟 – essential for brain structure + mood 💡 Simple (but powerful) habits:• Prioritize sleep 😴• Manage stress 🧘‍♀️• Stay mentally engaged 📚• Keep blood sugar stable with healthy food (focus on low glycemic) and fiber ⚖️• Hydrate 💧 + move your body 🚶‍♂️ 🧠✨ A balanced approach = best results Support the brain physically, mentally, and emotionally ❓ Let’s talk: • Have you noticed changes in your memory or focus? • Do you feel like stress or sleep is affecting your brain? • Have you tried any natural supports like Bacopa or Lion’s Mane? I drink gotu kola a few times a week... its interesting that both gotu kola and bacopa are water loving plants... Question... is homeopathy for memory something you have to take every day for it to be effective?
Stings and Bites
🐝🌿 Stings & Bites… What to Do (Naturally!) 🌿🦟 Whether it’s a bee, wasp, mosquito, or mystery bite—those little irritations can turn into BIG annoyances fast 😬 Here are some simple homeopathic go-to’s to keep on hand 👇 ✨ For swelling, redness, and burning pain👉 Apis mellifica – think “bee remedy for bee-like symptoms” 🐝(Great when it’s puffy, pink, and feels hot) ✨ For itching, especially mosquito bites👉 Ledum palustre – amazing for puncture-type bites 🦟(Helps reduce itching and prevents that lingering irritation) ✨ For pain, bruising, or trauma from stings👉 Arnica montana – your all-purpose healer 💪(Use when it’s sore, tender, or feels “beat up”) ✨ For allergic-type reactions👉 Urtica urens – helpful for hives or rashy reactions 🌿 💡 Bonus Tips:✔️ Apply a cold compress right away ❄️✔️ Avoid scratching (hard, I know!) 🙃✔️ Keep remedies in your summer kit ☀️ 🚨 Important:If there’s trouble breathing, severe swelling, or dizziness—seek medical help immediately. Don’t rely on homeopathy alone in serious reactions. Stay prepared so you can enjoy the outdoors without the drama 🌄✨
