This week has been a tough one — I haven’t been feeling 100% thanks to TOTM, and with my work Christmas party, I haven’t been as consistent as I’d like, especially with tracking.
That said, today I’m setting myself up for success for the week ahead:
• Scheduling my gym sessions in my calendar
• Steps, steps, steps every day, rain or shine
• Getting back to tracking my food daily
• Prepping lunches for the week
The lead-up to Christmas is all about maintenance mode. Staying on track, focusing on small wins, and showing up for myself each day is the goal 💪✨
