Slightly over calories yesterday as had dinner out for a friend’s birthday
Do we let it do rail loss just because we’ve gone a couple of hundred calories over obviously not
We’re proactive and just go a couple hundred calories lower over the next day or two and make sure we focus on that weekly calorie target
Consistently good beats occasionally great
