Running Trainers 🏃💨
Over the years, I’ve tried so many running shoes. Some were perfect for long runs but awful for intervals. Others were great for speed work but fell short on endurance. And let’s be honest… some were just plain ugly 😂 I just picked up a pair of Adidas Adizero Evo SL runners, and after only one run, I’m seriously impressed. They feel light, comfy, responsive, and like a true all-rounder. I’ve got a speed session tomorrow, so we’ll see how they hold up but so far, I’m loving them. Plus, they actually look good, they’re reasonably priced, and I keep hearing they last a long time too. I’m always curious what’s your go-to running shoe? I’d love to hear what’s been working for you, especially if you’ve found that perfect “do-it-all” pair. ASICS Gel Nimbus 27 are my choice, since I'm quite heavy. They have a lot of cushioning which is perfect for me, I use them in the gym, to run, jog and longer walks (not ideal for hiking).

Mornings whenever I can but usually after work. It helps me calm down after a day of stressful encounters. 😁

@Simon Johnson It usually isn't a problem except the barbell. The barbell is always occupied by it seems, even in the mornings. That's why I'm very thankful that Jason switched the barbell with dumbells and other exercises.
