"You're trying to manage TIME when your brain runs on ENERGY"
This was such a helpful realisation that I discovered with Sage. "You said you need to "manage my time more effectively." But ADHD brains don't do time management well, they do energy management. Your coaching load fluctuates between heavy and quiet weeks. What if those aren't the same week needing the same structure, but two different modes?
Right now you're running one template across both and feeling like you're failing one week, catching up the next. You're not failing. You're using the wrong design" This makes so much sense to me, I've always struggled with 'time management' maybe as I start managing energy instead I will have more success. Anyone else relate to this?
