Just finished my Biological Wake-Up Call and the first domino became clear: it's movement. I've actually got sleep dialed in (light alarm, electronics out of the bedroom, reading before bed) and 25 years of low-carb knowledge to lean on for nutrition. But I let movement slide through COVID and divorce, and I lost the feeling that my body is capable. This week I'm protecting all three strength training days on my calendar and adding a 3 PM daily walk to break the afternoon scroll-pull. The Academy isn't waiting for a better plan. It's waiting for me to feel capable again.
