Where are my chronic….

Interrupters?

I’m the worst at listening. I am notorious for interrupting. Butting in. Or filling quiet spaces to remove awkward silences for others. It has gotten me into disciplinary problems.

What about “one uppers”?

I have learned over the years that I don’t intend to come off as one-upping. But I understand that’s how it’s perceived. Telling a story to match your story is how I connect.

Anyone share these behaviors/traits?
