If You’ve seen my posts this past week, I’ve had some big ups and some big downs (such is life right?). today when I was spiraling downward mentally beating myself up and thinking very negatively which surprised me after feeling so good yesterday. I finally remembered to use the protocol after about 30 minutes of downward thinking. I got up from my chair, took myself outside, put my bare feet on the ground and did some breath work. It worked; the downward mental spiral stopped in its tracks. Amazing! The trick is to remember what to do when your brain hijacks your feelings.
