Week 3
just finished week 3 questions - getting more difficult to answer questions as we move on in weeks.
Must test 3 minute protocol tomorrow
Just built my Three-Minute Comeback Protocol in Week 3. Biggest realisation: my inner critic has been running the show for years and I never thought to separate the voice from ME. Gave it a name. Now when it starts up, I can say "I see you" instead of believing every word. The goal isn't to never spiral - it's to come back faster. That reframe alone changed something for me this week.
